Rules & Requirements
Vaccinations
Vaccinations (Rabies, DHLLP, and Bordatella) must be current and supportive documentation from your veterinarian is required upon check-in. This is for the protection of all of the dogs staying at Red Barn Bed & Biscuit. There are no exceptions to this rule. Failure to provide proper documentation upon arrival will result in a cancellation of your reservation and require payment for the entire length of the reservation.
Spay/Neuter Policy
Dogs must be at least 3 months old. All females must be spayed if older than 6 months, and be free of fleas, worms and other parasites.
Cancellation/Deposit Policy
Reservations for HOLIDAYS and SPRING BREAK require a 50% non-refundable deposit up-front for holding the reservations.
Cancellations for non-holiday reservations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be responsible for 1/2 of the charges from your held reservation.
Cancellations for HOLIDAYS and SPRING BREAK require a 2 week notice or you will be responsible for all charges from your reservation.
Other
It is your responsibility to inform us of any health or behavior concerns regarding your dog.
Dogs that are extremely difficult to control and not leash-broken may not receive a daily leash walk.
We highly recommend that all dogs be on flea preventative such as Frontline or Advantix during the spring and summer months of the year. We do walk your dog in the grass, therefore, we can not be responsible if your dog goes home with fleas or ticks.
All dogs must arrive and depart on leash.
Upon arrival to our property, if you find the gate closed, please enter, but close gate behind you. If you find the gate open, it is safe to leave it open. This is for the safety of our horses.
