Cancellation Policy

Spring Break and major holidays require a 50% deposit to be paid prior to the reservation being made or held.

Should you need to cancel this reservation, we ask that you give us a 10 day notice.  If this notice is given in the time frame required, the deposit paid will be refunded as a credit to be used towards a future boarding.  This credit is good for one year from the date it was issued.

We understand that sometimes things are out of your control.  In no way do we wish to be unfair to anyone.  If you feel that your circumstances are such that you would like to request an exception, please send us an email with your explanation.
